MOM OF 2
“I’ve stood on the field at 2 FIFA Youth World Cups. I’ve competed across seven events in the heptathlon. And I’ve learned that the same things that make elite athletes great — discipline, consistency, and the right plan — work for everyone.”
MY WHY.
I became a personal trainer because I know what the right training can change. Not just physically — but how you move through your days, how you feel in your body, and how you show up for the people who matter most. Every client I work with deserves a program built with that kind of intention.
THE ATHLETE
Seven Disciplines
One relentless standard.I competed in the heptathlon at Utah State University — seven events across two day: 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m, long jump, javelin, and 800m. To compete in the heptathlon is to train your body across disciplines that have almost nothing in common. Speed. Power. Endurance. Technique. You have to be good at all of it.
That experience gave me something most coaches don’t have: a deep, lived understanding of how the body adapts, how it breaks down, and how to build it back smarter. I don’t just know exercise science — I’ve felt it.
Training across seven events also taught me that progress isn’t linear, that your worst day in training can become your best day in competition, and that the mental side of performance is just as important as the physical.
THE REFEREE
A Front-row seat
to elite performance.Today I work as a professional soccer assistant referee at the highest levels of the game. I’ve officiated the 2021 and 2022 NWSL Championship games. The 2024 MLS All-Star Game. FIFA U-17 and U-20 World Cups.
What most people don’t realize is how physically demanding refereeing at that level actually is. I’m on the field with some of the best athletes in the world — running similar distances, making split-second decisions, and maintaining peak physical condition throughout the season.
Being in those environments has given me a front-row seat to what elite performance actually looks like. How the best athletes train, how they recover, how they handle pressure — and how the habits formed early in an athletic career shape everything that comes after.

WHAT I BELIEVE
INTENTIONAL PROGRAMMING
Every exercise in your plan has a reason.
Nothing is filler. We train with purpose, not
just volume.
PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
Consistency beats intensity every time.
Showing up imperfectly is always better than
not showing up at all.
THE MOM
""“Being a mom of two daughters has made me a
better coach — full stop.”
I know what it’s like to want to show up for yourself when everyone else needs something from you. I’ve navigated the guilt of carving out gym time, the exhaustion of early mornings and late nights, and the challenge of staying consistent when life is genuinely full.
That experience shapes every program I write for my clients. I don’t design programs for people who live in a gym. I design programs for people who have jobs, families, obligations — and who still want to feel strong, energized, and proud of what their body can do.
Strength training changed my life as an athlete. I believe it can change yours too — whatever your starting point looks like.
REAL ACCOUNTABILITY
I’m in your corner — not just writing programs, but genuinely invested in your results and your experience.
EDUCATION ALONGSIDE TRAINING
I want you to understand why we’re doing
what we’re doing. Knowledge makes you a
better athlete and a more confident person.
